Julie is a Florida native who took her first ski trip when she was 20 years old, seeing snow for the first time and falling in love with Park City. In 1990 she moved to Park City and it has been home ever since! She has experienced the transformation of Park City from a small ski and mining town to the cosmopolitan, world renowned mountain resort town that it has become. She is excited about all of the many future opportunities that lay ahead for Park City!
Julie has been practicing as a Real Estate Appraiser in Park City since 1990 and focuses her practice on appraising luxury, resort properties in every neighborhood of Park City. She holds an SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and is considered an expert in valuing residential real estate. With Julie's long time practice as an appraiser and comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market, she has facilitated many buyers and sellers over the years in making informed, real estate decisions, to meet their specific needs.

Julie has been appointed by the State of Utah to serves as a Member of Utah’s Technical Advisory Committee to review appraisal for the State. Every two years she has completed the 28 hours of continuing education required by the State of Utah; to continue to hold an appraisal license in Utah. Every 5 years she has completed the 100 hours continuing education cycle required by the Appraisal Institute, to keep her SRA designation in good standing.

WORK BACKGROUND
Mountain Appraisal Services was created by Julie Rawl in 1998 and has been servicing the Park City area ever since. Julie specializes in appraising multimillion dollar resort oriented properties. Her practice has also included; valuing properties for relocation purposes, income producing properties, vacant site evaluations and providing review work services. In our confusing market, it has become more common and necessary to review appraisals that may have been prepared by an inexperienced appraiser. Julie has continuously worked as an appraiser in Park City since 1990. She received her SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1990.
